Growth and Innovation Strategy implementation
business and microeconomic development issues, including compliance cost reduction and support for small business
industry, regional development/local economic development issues, including export and investment promotion
research, science and technology; Crown Research Institutes
infrastructure issues, including energy, land transport, building issues and IT/communications issues
agriculture, fisheries, forestry, rural affairs
border control, including biosecurity and customs
employment, labour market, industrial relations and workforce issues
immigration issues
land development issues, including Maori land development matters
oceans policy/marine management
consumer affairs issues; food safety
local government
tourism.
