DPMC will support the Prime Minister in carrying forward this strategic agenda by working with Treasury, State Services Commission, and other key departments, so that the government’s priorities are delivered. |
DPMC’s Contributing Outcomes:
|
Cost effectivenessDPMC continuously seeks and receives feedback from the Prime Minister and the Governor-General on whether and how well its outputs are hitting their mark. This feedback enables qualitative judgements to be made on DPMC’s effectiveness, and helps identify opportunities for improvement. Other stakeholders are also in a position to assess DPMC’s effectiveness (e.g. in its leadership, co-ordination and advisory roles) and their views will be formally sought via a stakeholder survey during the forecast period. |
