You can submit a New Zealand Royal Honours nomination several ways – through the online form, by email, or by post.
Before you begin your nomination, please ensure you have read the nomination guidelines, which can be found at the following link: New Zealand Royal Honours nomination guidelines.
Complete an online nomination form at the link below. The online form will time out after 60 minutes of inactivity and your content will not be saved. It is recommended that you have all your information ready before you begin. The fields in the online form have a limit of 5,000 characters (letters or spaces).
Online forms will be submitted immediately on completion.
