Aotearoa New Zealand’s first National Security Strategy has been launched on 4 August 2023.

The New Zealand Intelligence Community (NZIC) received new operating and capital funding of $178.7 million over four years as part of Budget 2016.

Greater Christchurch Group has released the report of a survey conducted by CERA of more than 2000 property owners who accepted a Crown offer to evaluate wellbeing outcomes, and to determine whether the Crown's recovery objectives had been met.  The survey and report were carried out by Nielsen Research.

The 2015 Independent Review of Intelligence and Security was tabled in Parliament on 9 March 2016.
